Can my team fill out construction forms outside of clock-in or clock-out?
Yes. All published construction templates, including change order forms, punch lists, and daily reports, can be accessed from the form library at any time. Your team can complete forms whenever they need to, not just during clock-in or clock-out.
Can crews complete forms when they are working offline?
Yes. If a form is triggered by clock-in or clock-out, it will still be available offline. While the full form library is not accessible without an internet connection, crews can still complete assigned reports and checklists while in the field.
Is Smart Forms included with Workyard’s time tracking subscription?
No. Smart Forms is a separate add-on to your Workyard account. However, every account includes 50 free form submissions per month so you can try it before deciding to upgrade.
