Whether it's a framing inspection checklist, boiler inspection log, or balcony inspection report, you can upload your existing forms or use our AI-powered converter to generate a digital version your team can fill out on-site.

Can my team fill out safety forms outside of clock-in or clock-out?

Yes. All published safety forms and inspection templates, such as daily inspection checklists, facility inspection forms, or generator inspection checklists, can be accessed from the form library at any time. Your crew can submit forms whenever the task is completed, not just during clock-in or clock-out.

Can safety forms be completed when crews are working offline?

Yes. Any safety forms triggered at clock-in or clock-out — such as rough electrical inspection checklists or fire inspection reports — will still be available offline. While the full form library requires an internet connection, crews can complete assigned inspection forms in the field without losing access.

Is Smart Forms included with Workyard’s time tracking subscription?
